When Tomorrow Is October
Looking back, the life we want and the life we have don’t always look the same. Sometimes they are very different. And knowing what path to take at a young age is seldom obvious.
Seems sometimes you have to fly by the seat of your own pants. Sometimes things are too easy to be fun, other times the difficulty exceeds the skill we have. That isn’t to say it isn’t still a bit of fun. It’s been fun, it hasn’t been great. Sometimes I would dare to say it hasn’t even been good.
Life has kicked the shit out of me more than once. It has been rough going some days. It did however get a lot better. Maybe it won’t always be total crap; things change. People change. Sometimes others are too dumb to see that people have changed. It isn’t always obvious. But what is these days?
I’m bored with the status quo in this world. Life is a lot of mundane boring and trivial times. Seems sometimes its necessary, but it isn’t always much fun. The world is changing. Times are changing. Maybe some will survive this world? No one really knows. Life is rough. A lot of people are unhappy.
I enjoy what I do. I really do. It just seems that I want more from my life. I’m getting old, too old to do some things I would like to try, and should have done twenty years ago.
Life has its ways of making the years pass by, and before you know it; Wham! You’re eighty years old in a nursing home talking about how your car was the best, because you liked it. Life does that shit to people. Happens everyday.
The quality of life can be understood. By how much we love, or the lack of love in our lives. Love is important. There are other things in life that make life worthy of our time. It is important to have our priorities in order. Seems this world has forgotten what matters. Does anyone even know in this modern world? I wonder?
There are things that help pass the time. Music helps. It is a good start in the right direction. So is making music. That is a good positive thing to be doing. There comes a time, when you start to understand things in new ways. I just wish that my understanding would have come to me sooner. There was a lot of wasted years in between the time that I was too young to know better and the time that the light came on.
Poor Instruction Make Junk
Seems sometimes we have been given bad instructions. That is something I would like to change about this world. Seems the information and teaching needs to change.
The human race needs to go on vacation. Maybe that will give the God enough time to clean this crap up and make it better. Maybe they will be gone long enough to make a difference. In my humble opinion they need to be re-educated. Life is rough.
Most things in life only come the hard way. Seems that we forget the easy way doesn’t always bring results we want. Life needs to change for the better and right quick. It is getting better in some ways. Still we have a long ways to go.
My past blog posts have talked about some of the problems, and offered solutions to some of the more serious problems I see taking place in this world. No one is really reading, I wonder if anyone would ever notice? Maybe someday; like in a hundred years or more.
Sad state of affairs in this world. People are unhappy. Sometimes they aren’t really sure why they are unhappy, but they know something doesn’t add up. Almost as if someone has pulled the wool over their eyes, and they stubbed their toe on something they couldn’t even see.
Maybe that is a good way to put it. A lot of people want life to change. I know that I do. Too often we are in a rush. Everyone going at the speed of life. Sometimes we miss the finer points of what life is about. Maybe we will wake up in time. The world could be a better place to live.
The world has become a cruel place to live. Please start being humble and being kind to each other. I think this is important advice. Life has to get better, and some people just want to be understood. Or loved. There isn’t enough love in life for this world to sustain the current pace.
Love and Kindness
If love and kindness become luxury goods, no one can afford to stay in this world. It just wouldn’t work for anyone. Life has to get better, and people have to change for the better.
The world needs peace. The world needs kindness. Do what you can to be the change that makes the world a little better for everyone. It does matter, and you matter; be the light in a dark place. Once others start to see, they can be lights also.
Maybe life will change. Like I said, the human race needs a long vacation from this world. They need to re-charge their batteries. I think a lot of them have become a little too cranky. Maybe they will get what they think they need and be happier soon.
